Kore Communities recognized as “The Promising Brands of 2019” by Economic Times

We are pleased to announce that Kore Communities was shortlisted and was recipient of the ”Promising Brands of 2019″ by Economic Times.

Mr Jogy Thomas – Our CEO received the trophy and certificate at the Economic Times Promising Brands felicitation ceremony 2019 which was held on 12th December, 2019 at Taj Santacruz, Mumbai.

Some of the earlier recipients of this award have been Amul, Toyota, Thums Up and Mahindra & Mahindra. This year we were in the company of great brands like TATA Tea, Nivea, Durian, Bombay Realty, Awfis Space Solutions, Nexus Malls (A Blackstone Group Company) and Happy Cow Dairy.

Through the “Promising Brands”recognition platform, Economic Times highlights brands, which have stood firm in the winds of globalization, and have contributed in terms of Innovation, Consumer Satisfaction and Consistency in Customer Experience among other factors.

At Kore Communities, we have a strong team of ‘like minded’ professionals in finance, architecture and marketing who have worked hard to build our credibility as a trustworthy brand. We thank all of our partners who nominated us that include our employees, vendors, consultants, tenants and investors without whom it would not have been possible to receive this recognition.

As a Customer Centric brand that is focused on sustainable living, Kore Communities has taken these values into all of its endeavours. Whether it is timely design and development of an IT Park that is the a key campus for a multinational organisation, or managing to procure and repay a loan sanction from a key financier that focuses primarily on senior secured lending to mid-income residential projects and Commercial Real Estate sectors, or collaboration with other real estate developers with similar values to take our residential projects forward, we have worked on a customer centric approach with a commitment to timely delivery, trust, transparency, quality and last but not the least – community.
